This blog is talking about finding a real estate agent. To start with, you can ask friends, family coworkers, and see if they recommend anybody. You can also go online and do searches for homes or real estate agents and read the reviews, and see what other people are saying about them. Once you do that, you really need to just meet with a couple agents and ask some questions. You should find out, how well they know the area, what's their track record? How many homes have they sold? Do they work mainly with sellers or do they work with buyers as well? Do they have a list of partners? Do they have inspectors and lenders and attorneys or anybody that you might need through the process?
You should find out who's going to help them in their office with paperwork, things like that. Learn how they communicate. Do they make phone calls? Do they text you? Do they email you? The bottom line of it, you need to be comfortable with the agent that you're going to work with. You're going to spend a lot of time with them, and you need to be able to trust them to do the job. So if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me. I'd be happy to answer anything that you may have and otherwise, have a great day.
