As you can see from the chart we are still having a strong 2016 in the Kootenai County Real Estate market. I think the number of homes sold could be held back because of the continued lack of inventory. Post Falls saw the biggest increase in sales. Up 20% supported by a strong new construction market. Hayden had the biggest drop down 13% while all of North Kootenai County dropped 3%. All other cities showed increases in sales including Coeur d'Alene at 1%..
Post Falls also had the highest increase in Median Sales Price at 11% followed by Hayden at 8%. Coeur d'Alene had a strong increase of 6%.
